The recovery room is a completely private space for you and any friends of your choice. We have 3 different options - a full contrast therapy experience where you will have the room for 90 minutes, take your time in between the infrared sauna and cold plunge followed by some quiet time with an organic herbal tea. Or choose the express option of 45 minutes, 30 minutes in the sauna and 5 minutes in the cold plunge, otherwise book a 45 minute infrared sauna experience. Our beautiful and fully equipped bathroom is adjacent to the recovery room and we welcome you to shower before and/or after your booking.

How many people can book the gym at once? +

Only 4 members per timeslot so there is ample room for everyone.

Will you be running classes? +

We will be running women’s only classes after school drop off times – just not quite yet, but they are coming!

How long do I get for a contrast therapy session? +

90 minutes. This gives you space to relax, move slowly, and enjoy your time.

Can I shower after using the sauna and ice bath? +

Absolutely. There is a private bathroom adjacent to the space which you are welcome to use.

Can I bring a friend? +

Yes – We have bring a friend add-ons to our membership and casual booking options.

Do I need to be a member to book? +

We offer both member and casual passes. Please see above for all information.

Do I need to bring a towel? +

Yes, and we advise that if you are booking contrast therapy, then you should bring along two towels if you are wanting to shower afterwards.

Where are you located and is there parking? +

We are located in the beautiful Ocean Beach, Whangarei Heads. Yes, there is ample parking on the property. Once you book, you will be sent parking instructions.
